This was the dessert we had at Masala, a cafe serving mainly Indian food in downtown Osaka right near where the Tenjin Matsuri started. It was on this little side alley and had a number of cute handmade things as well- we actually thought of you while we were in there!
Our meal there was delicious. Anyhow this was a mint jello-type thing with a little splash of chocolate sauce.
